Aberdare Park Road Races was thrilled to attend this year’s Motorcycle Live 2024 at the NEC in Birmingham, joining thousands of motorcycling enthusiasts for the UK’s premier motorcycle event. Over the course of nine action-packed days, the event brought together fans, riders, and industry professionals to celebrate everything two-wheeled, and we were proud to be a part of the excitement alongside our partners at the Oliver’s Mount Road Racing Circuit.
Working together with the team at Oliver’s Mount, we showcased the best of British motorcycle road racing. This partnership highlighted the unique charm of both circuits, combining Aberdare Park’s tight, technical layout set in a stunning woodland backdrop with Oliver’s Mount’s breath taking coastal venue and historic legacy. We were thrilled to fans from across the country flocking to our stand, sharing their passion for road racing and reminiscing about the unforgettable moments our circuits have delivered over the years.
The collaboration also reinforced the unity within the road racing community, as Aberdare Park and Oliver’s Mount work together to promote and grow the sport, offering riders and fans thrilling opportunities in the world of road racing.
It was a fantastic opportunity to showcase our events to motorcycle enthusiasts who may have never heard of our events and to attract support from some of the biggest names in the sport. Isle Of Man TT stars and Honda riders John McGuinness and Dean Harrison were just some of the legends who came to offer their support.
Media and Marketing Manager Matthew Davies, said "Motorcycle Live 2024 was a tremendous success. To have our event sharing the same platform as some of the biggest brands in the motorcycle industry is exactly where we need to be and I'm sure we'll return again in 2025. It was great to meet lots of Aberdare Park regulars, new fans, riders and those who are committed to make their first journey to spectate at the Park. A big thanks goes to Andy Hayes and Wendy Hayes from Oliver's Mount who were brilliant to work with and I'm sure this will be the start of an excellent working relationship."
As we gear up for another exciting year of racing in 2025, we want to thank everyone who visited us at Motorcycle Live. Your support means the world to us, and we can’t wait to welcome you to Aberdare Park and Oliver's Mount next season.
